Moonstone Renewer will be receiving some much-needed buffs on Patch 13.11.
The upcoming patch, Patch 13.11, is shaping up to be yet another massive patch coming to League of Legends.
Not too long ago, Riot released one of the most significant updates of season 13. Patch 13.10, also known as the mid-season update, came with several significant changes. Starting with the major changes, we have the Marksmen changes. Riot changed many of the Marksmen items with the patch. They also added back some older times, such as “Statikk Shiv,” and even altered two of the three mythic items.
In addition to the Marksmen changes, we also have some support changes. Riot decreased the cost of many of the support items. They also released a new support item named Echoes of Helia. The item is sort of a Moonstone Renewer variant that offers more damage instead of extra healing.
However, after the release of Echoes of Helia, Moonstone Renewer has been utterly overshadowed. Even champions who previously used Moonstone Renewer are now moving to Echoes of Helia since the damage it provides outperforms the healing provided by Moonstone.
So to get Moonstone Renewer more in line with Echoes of Helia, Riot is buffing the item in Patch 13.11.

Moonstone Renewer Buffs
Here are all the buffs that are coming to Moonstone Renewer in Patch 13.11,
- Unique Passive – Starlit Grace:
- Chain Healing: 20 – 35% (based on level) >>> 20 – 40% (based on level).
- Single Target Healing: 15 – 25% (based on level) >>> 15 – 30% (based on level).
In addition to the direct buffs, it is also getting some bug fixes.
Currently, there was a visual bug where it only showed Moonstone passive heals bouncing from the first target healed, even though they were bouncing off to everyone in the vicinity. Riot will be fixing the bug so that it shows that the healing is bouncing off to everyone.
There’s also another bug that involves the interaction between Moonstone passive and AOE shields. AOE shields currently only heal the first target and not all the shielded targets in the vicinity. With the bug fix, all shielded targets will properly get chain healed.
